The atmosphere of the shop is very inviting with friendly and personable employees. I had a ring with an arthritic clasp that didn't close. Michael, the owner cleaned the residue that collected in the clasp and then cleaned the ring. He said there was no charge. This is why I like the non-chain stores as they are more concerned with using their expertise to help people than focus on sales or profits. Because of this I an having them set a gem stone in a ring. I would highly recommend this store.

Stopped here while passing through downtown Kent. Nice store and even more beautiful jewelry. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable, didn’t feel pressured to buy anything.
