7 years ago when I got my engagement ring I was told by two different jewelers it couldn’t be sized down. This week Michael told me he could do it, and the next day he had it finished. It’s perfect now, and fits comfortably for the first time ever. I am SO thankful.

The atmosphere of the shop is very inviting with friendly and personable employees. I had a ring with an arthritic clasp that didn't close. Michael, the owner cleaned the residue that collected in the clasp and then cleaned the ring. He said there was no charge. This is why I like the non-chain stores as they are more concerned with using their expertise to help people than focus on sales or profits. Because of this I an having them set a gem stone in a ring. I would highly recommend this store.

Michael's shop and services are both wonderful! He was extremely helpful and responsive for designing an engagement ring. You can tell he is very passionate about what he does and was able to create something exactly like I had envisioned. He has also quickly repaired multiple necklaces for me over the past few years. Michael at squirrel city jewelers is fantastic to work with. Stopped in to try and find a match to my wife's wedding band for our 5th anniversary. I'm very pleased with Squirrel City Jewelers. I had taken a watch in for my mother to have some links removed and a new battery installed. It only took a few minutes and the cost was very reasonable. I also had time to look around and they do have a wonderful selection of fine jewelry and unique specialty pieces.

Stopped here while passing through downtown Kent. Nice store and even more beautiful jewelry. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable, didn’t feel pressured to buy anything. I had been looking for a graduation gift for my sister and found a gorgeous opal necklace! Reasonable price and great craftsmanship. Will be my go to for more gifts in the future.
